1. What games are available for hosting?
We currently support most games that have a dedicated server program. This includes, but is not limited to, ALL Half-Life mods (Counterstrike, Day of Defeat, Naural Selection, TFC, etc) ALL Battlefield 1942 mods (BattleField 1942, Road To Rome, Desert Combat, Battlefield: Vietnam, etc) Unreal Tournament, UT 2k3, UT 2k4, and MORE! Just ask!

2. Do you have a server where I can test my ping?
For ping testing on the west coast use our LA server located at 67.207.66.130. Dallas ping testing use 67.210.225.116. Chicago, NY and Atlanta servers will be available soon.

3. How long will it take to setup my server?
Server setup usually takes anywhere from 12 to 24 hours. On weekends it may take us a little longer. When your server is setup you will be notified via email.

4. How do I configure Admins for my server?

5. What is FTP and how do I use it?
File Transfer Protocol is the standard method for transferring files from a remote (server) to your client (your pc) whereby you edit files on your computer and transfer them back to the server.

6. Why does my server restart every morning around 5:30 AM or so?
We have set our machines to reboot every morning around 5:30 AM for the best performance possible =D

7. Why did my HLTV leave the server?
Did you change the server password? if so email support@fusionity.com with new password and server IP.

If the password is the same, start and stop a demo right away, if HLTV does not come back, email support@fusionity.com.

8. How do I cancel my server?
Please send an e-mail to support@fusionity.com with server IP address and full client name. Make sure you email your cancel request at least 48 hours before your billing date.
